Description:

The concentric overburden drilling system is composed of a center-oriented bit, a casing shoe and a symmetrical annular bit. The center-oriented bit drills the central portion of the hole and guides the drill string, which is combined with the sacrifice-symmetric ring bit to form a full-scale bit. Connect the casing shoe to the casing by welding or thread. The casing is pulled down by the impact of the Ding Hammer and the center guide bit.

The symmetrical annular bit and the Casing Shoe Assembly are locked in the center guide bit with a hammer handle, and the annular bit is used to push the casing down the drilling section. The upper shoulder of the guide bit is engaged with the shoulder of the casing shoe.

The impact energy of the Impact Hammer is transmitted through the guide bit and Ring Bit and the broken rock, and part of the impact energy is pushed through the casing. After the drilling and casing are completed, the drill string with the guide bit is removed by slight reverse rotation, and the bayonet coupling is released. The ring bit remains in the hole and can only be recovered when the casing is removed. Continue drilling to the desired depth in bedrock using conventional drilling methods.

The symmetric casing drilling system is drilling in the rock stratum containing the Ellipse and the crack, and it represents the latest technology of the casing drilling system.

Our concentric overburden drilling system is designed to drill multiple sizes at any angle (including horizontal plane) and at any depth (over 100 m) simultaneously with the casing in unconsolidated formations, range from 108 mm to 863 mm (4 1/4 to 34 inches) .

The internal flush tank, together with the built-in casing shoe, seals the drill button well to minimize damage around the hole. It makes casing easy to track, equipment and operation simple, suitable for micro-piling, underpinning, anchoring, offshore operations and horizontal drilling and other applications.
